Because of a personal request from a student, Cripple Creek is now available for download!
Enjoy! I have an exciting new project I am working on. Stay tuned! I hope to open it up to the public sometime this week.
There will now be a special icon if you wish to link any part of this site on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
You can link the schedule page to keep track of lessons, the downloads page to keep up with new music, or the new string ID page which is getting better every day thanks to the help of Violinist.com members, and personal representatives from Warchal, Pirastro, and Larsen! ![]() I finished the first version of my String I.D. reference chart. I have never been happy with the other reference charts online. I need help from any string player out there. If you see a mistake, a string changes colors, or something is missing please let me know. I plan to keep up on this. String Reference Chart Hail to the Chief is now available for download!
There will be a big update in the tutorial section later today that I am very excited about! ![]() It has been awhile since my last tutorial, but there is a new one up today on Harmonics. There are diagrams, playing tips, and more. The tutorials section has now been reorganized. Having ten items in one pull down menu just seems like too much. The studio recital is set for May 5th a 2pm. Please stop by to hear some wonderful music. The event will be at the Ascension Lutheran Church (4150 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford, MI).
Students: We will be playing a song as a group at the end. Please let me know in your lesson if you will be playing so I can get you your music. Beginning students can now take part in Music Karate! As you go through the Essential Elements 2000 book you will be able to work your way all the way up to a black "belt". There are ten "belts" to get through... can you collect them all? |
